the room was spacious and impeccably clean. the location was perfect, with convenient access to many attractions. the staff was professional and always ready to assist.
i found no door to the shower area. this lack of privacy would be quite difficult if non-family members share a room. it would be easy to install bifold doors to offer some cover.

inconsistent air conditioningnoticeable street noise
I found A couple of things less than stellar, to be blunt. First, the air conditioning seemed to be playing hide and seek. It just wouldn't keep the room consistently cool , which was annoying. Also , the noise from the street was REALLY noticeable .

the staff greeted me with a welcome bottle of wine, a lovely touch. breakfast had many choices (i really enjoyed the pastries). my room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. i liked that the hotel was close to shopping locations, it was very walkable.
the soundproofing wasn't perfect, i heard street noise occasionally. i would have liked a quieter room to fully relax and unwind after a long day.
